German Research Techniques

This is a partner event. Join us for the Indiana Chapter of Palatines to America’s Hybrid Spring Meeting, available in person at the Pike Branch of the Indianapolis Public Library or via Zoom. Featured speaker Teresa Steinkamp McMillin, CG®, will present three sessions on German genealogy research:

● Navigating Genealogy.net, Germany’s free genealogy mega site
● Discovering the holdings of German archives
● “Hunting for Henry”: A case study on identifying a German immigrant’s origins using collateral research
