Speaker Bureau

NOTE: Speaker information last reviewed | updated March 2026

Welcome partner.

The IGGP Speaker Bureau is intended to be a resource for our partner societies to aid in their program planning. The listing is private and is accessible only to partner representatives using their IGGP login.

What you need to know:

  • Participation as a speaker is voluntary. IGGP requires only that they present on topics related to German genealogy, history and culture. The goal is to provide a diverse speaker listing with respect to content, language, location and level of experience.
  • Our speaker bureau is NOT an endorsement of anyone who is listed. If you use this listing, all arrangements are to be made privately and directly between the partner society and the speaker.
  • Other than to indicate they have spoken for a partner society or IGGP conference, speakers may not use the IGGP name or logo in any marketing material.
  • IGGP does ask anyone who requests to be listed which IGGP partners, if any, they have spoken to. If you are contacted as a reference, it is your decision whether to provide feedback.
  • IGGP reserves the right to approve or remove speakers from this listing.

We welcome suggestions from our partners for speakers to add to this listing. A speaker may also request to be listed. Email contact information to speakerbureau@iggp.org to request the questionnaire. Questions about the Speaker Bureau may be sent to the same address.
