Payment/expense arrangements

How do you approach payment for making a presentation? I am willing to negotiate a speaking fee with clients

Other expenses you would like to have reimbursed if you travel? If travel requires an overnight stay, then reimbursement for lodging and airlines is requested. If driving my car to the event is an option, then reimbursement for gas mileage is appreciated.

Recordings/additional materials

Are you willing to prepare a handout? Yes

Would you be willing to develop a presentation on another topic? Yes

Do you have any restrictions on recording, re-use of recordings, handouts, etc? My lectures can be recorded but I prefer they only be available online for a limited period of time per the contract (usually 30 days unless otherwise negotiated) and behind a members-only access. Handouts can be freely distributed unless it is for the workshop, then those are limited to attendees.

Are you willing to have the presentation translated or translate it yourself? Yes
