Friederike Baer, professor of history at Penn State Abington, will conduct a Q&A with University of Münster Professor Jürgen Overhoff about George Washington and Frederick the Great: Parallel Lives, the just-published English translation of Professor Overhoff’s dual biography of these two famous political figures who embody the competition between liberal democracy and authoritarianism.
