VENDORS (Händler)
Vendors (Händler) are an especially important feature of any conference. You provide knowledge reference, products, and information for the attendees. We invite you to join us for the 2025 IGGP Conference, which will have approximately 400 highly engaged professional and amateur genealogists from around the world eager to learn more about researching their ancestors from German-speaking countries.

Important Dates
Deadline for vendor registration: March 31, 2025
- June 12 (Thursday): Vendor setup 12:00-5:00 p.m.
- Welcome Reception: Vendor area open 5:30-7:00 p.m.
- June 13 (Friday); Conference Day 1: Vendor area open 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- June 14 (Saturday); Conference Day 2: Vendor area open 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m
- Tear down any time after 3:00 pm Saturday.
- June 15 (Sunday); Conference Day 3: No Vendor area; only half day of sessions
Vendor Amenities
- One 6 foot draped rectangular table and two chairs for $150.00 for Thursday afternoon through Saturday afternoon, June 12-14.
- Additional tables are available for $75.00 each.
- If electric is needed or multiple tables/space(s) desired, please contact Tom Fishbaugh prior to submitting registration form at tfish@fishbaugh.com or 419-680-4707.
- There may be extra fees for other additional amenities.
- Please consider increasing your visibility by donating a door prize for a drawing.
