REFUND POLICY

Whova/Stripe processing fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. Refund requests must be emailed to iggp.registrator@gmail.com. If received by:

  • January 31, 2025 – 100% refund (minus processing fees)
  • March 31, 2025 – 50% refund (minus processing fees)
  • Starting April 1, 2025 – 0% refund
