About:
Myron Gruenwald began publication of Die Pommerschen Leute (The Pomeranian People) newsletter in 1982 and continued until his death in 1998. During 2000-2001, Toni Perrone and the Immigrant Genealogical Society formed the Pomeranian Special Interest Group to continue publication of the newsletter. In 2021, the Pomeranian Special Interest Group transformed itself into a California non-profit, public benefit corporation.
